We are seeking a Creative Director who is passionate about leading designers and writers, driving excellence through creative ideation, pushing boundaries and is focused on growing brand strategies. Our client's team works on dynamic brands that seek innovative approaches and solutions and they need a Creative Director who understands goals, ensures accountability and can excite a team to achieve creative greatness.


Ideally you have 12+ years of experience developing content for brands across all forms of

media. Execution should demonstrate a keen understanding of our client's partner brands’ business objectives and the customer’s or end user’s needs. The role requires a high level of leadership, creativity, organization, attention to detail, and project management skills.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Will partner with Executive Creative Director to establish vision for assigned client work and will lead client interaction for those brands, including delegating work to team members, overseeing executions and being accountable for team creative output
  • Partner with other integrated leaders to refine creative process in support of overall creative and delivery teams
  • Team player who can work cross-departmentally with media, analytics and client services to ensure expectations are aligned and optimized for performance goals
  • Ability to mentor/guide and coach copywriters and designers to produce work that is on time and within budget while providing creative feedback that is thoughtful, supportive, and constructive
  • Ability to conceive and implement creative concepts, guidelines and strategies for assigned brands and oversee projects from inception (briefing) to completion (delivery), particularly around brand strategy and social media
  • Understanding of best practices and trends in social media marketing as well as OLV and all digital capabilities
  • Ability to lead video and production shoots to deliver content that is both aligned with brand and agency standards
  • Focus on continuously studying brand and social marketing, including communication platforms used
  • Complete ongoing research into new marketing tactics and platforms to drive successful campaigns for our clients
  • Ability to conduct the necessary research to understand a client’s brand and voice
  • Actively participate in client interviews and meetings, while assisting with leading new business initiatives
  • Must possess a bachelor’s degree in relevant field
  • Deep understanding of the whole Adobe Creative Cloud suite of tools with demonstrable knowledge of best practices putting tools into action
